A vacancy has occurred on the Normandy Memorial Trip as a result of a couple named on the trip being unable to attend.
This means that anyone or a couple who would like to become part of the trip can do so, and should contact the Association Secretary at the Rifles Office as soon as possible.
This is an important trip for the DLI and members of the Association as a plaque to commemorate the murder of two DLI soldiers by the German SS after the Normandy Landings in 1944 will be dedicated.
The basic cost of the trip is £319. Further details about the trip are available.
