78.11 INKERMAN STONE CEREMONY
Please remind all members that the Inkerman Stone Ceremony will take place on Sunday 6 November 2011. Members are asked to assemble outside the DLI Museum & Art Gallery from 10.15 AM. In addition to the Ceremony the ashes of Lt. Col Eric Burini will be scattered in the presence of his family.
79.11 CENOTAPH PARADE TICKETS
The tickets for the Royal British Legion Cenotaph Parade are now available. Would those branches who have not yet received them please confirm with the Rifles Durham Office the numbers requisitioned.
80.11 CHESTER-LE-STREET BRANCH - CHRISTMAS PARTY
The Chester-Le-Street Branch are holding their Christmas Party on Friday 2 December 2011 in the Masonic Hall Chester-Le-Street. There will be a sherry reception at 7 PM with a sit down meal at 7.30 PM.. There will be entertainment and a late bar until midnight. Tickets are priced at £15.00 and can be obtained from Dave Simpson on 0191 3886343 - tickets are limited.
81.11 UNPAID ACCOUNTS
Branches who have outstanding accounts for stock received and Durham Bugles Issue 23, please ensure that these are settled during November or as soon as possible. The following branches have outstanding accounts for Durham Bugle Issue 22 which were issued in April: Hartlepool (£16), South Shields (£32), Spennymoor (£16), Stockton (£32) and Washington £16), - payment is long overdue!
82.11 STOCK - LADIES BROOCHES
The Rifles Durham Office have received a further supply of ladies lapel brooches which can be ordered in the usual manner. They are priced at £9.50
83.11 STOCK - BLAZER BUTTONS
Please advise your members that a supply of large and small brass blazer button have been received and can be purchased in the usual manner.
84.11 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
Enclosed with this Bulletin please find the Agenda and Warning Order for the Executive Committee Meeting scheduled to take place in The Rifles Durham Office on Wednesday 16 November 2011 commencing at 1400 hrs. All branches should ensure that they are represented.
